The house is convenietly located steps away from beach access. This was very important for our family due to having several little ones with us and lots of things to haul to the beach. We spent a portion of each day at the pool and never felt too crowded even though we shared it with other vacationers. The pool has a shallow 1 ft end (perfect for little ones) and the rest is 4ft. The pool was an absolute HIT with my two year old daughter! Beds were comfy 🙂 Maureen was QUICK to respond to a few unexpected needs. She was great to work with from the very start. Under the house parking only accomodates three mid-size cars. Not a negative, just something to think about. However, there is additional parking on the side.

Three couples shared this villa for Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed the unit and found the accommodations to be exactly as stated online. Loved the pool and the location across the street from the ocean – since nothing is in front of the villas you could probably call it ocean-front accommodations. Maureen could not have been more responsive and all of our conversations were very pleasant. She was extremely prompt in all our conversations. Even sent a person to attend to the TV before we could call her back to let her know we had figured it out. We will definitely be back soon. Would definitely recommend this to others.

This was an awesome weekend trip with great accommodations. The villa is right across the street from the beach so it’s a perfect location to enjoy the beach and sun.

I had been looking forward to finding a place at the beach for me,my three grown children,their spouses, and my two granddaughters, ages 20 months and 12 months. This beautiful house was my first choice, after viewing many others. This house was so perfect for us. We all had our own very comfortable space, loved the open area for the kids to play and be supervised, open kitchen with everything we needed. Had a great TV in the living room to watch our favorite college football game together! The pool was perfect. Although it was shared with the 3 other villas, we had it completely to ourselves during our swimming times. One end is very shallow, perfect for the babies. Just an all time great relaxing vacation. Beach access easy, just across the street, great for kids! I can’t wait to go back!!

This was our fourth stay at the villa and we had another excellent trip. Maureen is great to work with, the house is always spotless…feels like our home away from home.

This property is updated with flat screen tvs and a view of the ocean. It is across the street from the ocean and across from the beach access. The beds are comfortable – even the pillows appeared to be new. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only issue was that the pool gate was locked and we could not access the pool. I contacted the owner and she unlocked the gate on the following afternoon. I recommend this place!
